Beer tapping

The addition of CO2 (carbon dioxide) not only ensures that the beer flows from the barrel to the tap, but it is also essential for a nice foam head. For special types of beer (such as English or Irish beers) carbon dioxide and nitrogen mixtures (30% CO2 - 70% N2) are used.

Application scope

For the tapping of all kinds of beers and also for the preparation of soft drinks in the post-mixing systems CO2 is required. The carbon dioxide also ensures that no oxygen (via the air) can enter into the barrel, which improves the preservation of the barrel which is already in use.

The CO2-N2-mixtures can be custom made for the different applications.
