Acetylene

Acetylene is a gas dissolved in acetone under pressure with a typical smell. The gas is explosive and extremely flammable. Acetylene has different applications including in the forging during welding. In the event of welding and cutting acetylene is used together with oxygen. The achieved temperature of the flame with this is still the highest, obtained by natural combustion: up to 3200°C.
