CO₂ for compressed air pistols

The firing with a paintball-pistol or sports pistol is done by the expansion of gas. Compressed air can be used for this, but also (liquid) CO₂. If the liquid CO₂ is released it converts into gas and because of the released pressure the paintball or pellet is fired.

Requirements

In very cold conditions it can involve irregular firing, but an expansion-chamber on the compressed air pistol can easily remedy this.
