Air Products Strengthens Benelux Presence with Acquisition of IJsfabriek Strombeek

On 7 May 2025, Air Products announcedthe acquisition of IJsfabriek Strombeek. 

This acquisition enhances Air Products’ footprint in Belgium and France, strengthens its supply chain, and increases CO₂ production capacity to better serve regional demand. The acquisition marks an important strategic step for IJsfabriek Strombeek.All employees will transition to Air Products, ensuring that knowledge and experience are retained, and that integration proceeds smoothly, with uninterrupted production and deliveries to customers.
